From Humble Beginnings to Reputable Firm
Our firm was originally founded in 1977 by Greg Stokes, who spent nearly five decades serving the Atlanta community. Over the years, Neil Kopitsky joined as an intern, worked his way up to partner, and has spent nearly 30 years helping clients get the justice they deserve.
Now operating under the name Kopitsky Injury Law, Neil leads the firm with the same values it was built on—determination, hard work, and a commitment to excellence. Though Greg has since retired, Neil has long been the driving force behind the firm’s legal strategy and case results, helping recover over $100 million for our clients.
